Email Deliverability Guide
Improve Sender Reputation
Sender reputation is the track record attached to the domains and infrastructure used to send email. It develops from repeated behavior: who you send to, how often you send, how recipients react and whether authentication passes.
Build reputation with permission
The strongest starting point is a list of people who asked for the mail.
Prioritize engaged recipients
When reputation is new or recovering, start with recipients who have recently interacted with your brand.
Keep volume predictable
Large unpredictable swings can make a sender harder to evaluate. Increase volume in steps.
Monitor negative signals
Bounces, spam complaints and repeated non-engagement are useful warnings. Remove invalid recipients quickly and honor opt-outs.
Measure trends
Seed testing is most useful as a trend. Record what changed before each test and compare results over time.
InboxCan shows placement in the Gmail accounts connected to this site. It is a testing signal, not a guarantee of placement for every recipient.
